Caroline Dondi Lambrechts, APRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the proud founder of The Fort Lauderdale MedSpa. She is a highly skilled aesthetic injector with advanced training in:

From Critical Care to Aesthetic Expertise

Early Career: Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Caroline began her career as an ICU trauma nurse at a Level 1 trauma center, where she mastered critical thinking and life-saving skills over 7 years.
Education: Earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Miami.
Experience as NP: Worked in general practice, interventional cardiology, urgent care, dermatology, and plastic surgery.
Aesthetic Journey: Discovered her passion for aesthetics while opening a dermatology practice in East Fort Lauderdale.
Leadership: Helped open a medspa and plastic surgery center on Las Olas Boulevard before launching her own clinic.
Today: Founder of The Fort Lauderdale MedSpa, where she combines medical expertise with artistry.

Meet Our Medical Director

Dr. Lisa Learn is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in surgical and non-surgical treatments for the face and body, including aesthetic breast surgery. She ensures every patient receives safe, compliant, and high-quality care.

Education & Training:

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine
5 years of General Surgery training – Deaconess Health System, St. Louis
Plastic Surgery Residency – Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Chief Resident in her plastic surgery class

Experience:

11 years practicing plastic surgery in Pennsylvania
Relocated to South Florida
Serves as Medical Director at The Fort Lauderdale MedSpa
